"The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. This is a great hotel if you want close access to the university. It has a nice river view and the pantry with fair-priced snacks and laundry are nice amenities if you have children or are staying for several nights."

"We enjoyed the breakfast! The room was clean and seemed like it was new. Staff thoughtfully set us up in a room on a higher floor since we were staying a few nights. Didn't get to use the pool or fitness center, but the hotel was conveniently located close to RIT where our plans kept us busy."
