"Loved that this hotel is directly on the beach; can hear waves crashing at night from the room with a balcony and huge glass doors facing the ocean. Sunset and sunrise views make it incredibly unique and special; VIP lounge in a beach tree! And beach bar with so much vibes there is no need to go anywhere else for fun times. White river is literally steps away and the local fish pot restaurant is awesome. Very safe place! DJ and local restaurant hosting on Saturdays and Sundays. Staff Sarah, Steve, Ingrid, Campbell, all of them are so great! And the breakfast included is unmatched anywhere in the vicinity. There is also lunch and dinner options better than most restaurants you can find. The local vibe and local people cannot be any better anywhere on the island. "My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems. Upon arrival, everything about the property was excellent - great food, environment and service."
