"Front desk was very kind. House keeping needs help. Had to ask for towels several times(party of 4 all girls) and they only kept bringing 2. Drain was clogged (with loads of hair) so couldn’t shower 1st night. Rooftop restaurant kept closing early-8 when front desk told us 9(one of the reason for choosing this place) as well as the one in the lobby(and team was snarky about it).
