"First room we were assigned had a strong smell of mildew and the sofa mattress had stains all over it. Front desk staff was nice and gave us a different room. The queen bed my husband and I slept on was really uncomfortable for us as we have back issues. Other than that everything was ok."

"This is supposed to be a "smoke free" facility. Upon entering, we were met with the smell of weed. Once we walked down the hall, it smelled like animal urine. Up to our room, the hall smelled like cigarette smoke. We saw the guests across the hall and next door to us and they resembled crack addicts. ..."
