"Customer service was horrible. Room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 pm but was not. We were sent up at 3:30 and the room was dirty still. We went back to the desk and they said 15 minutes. Needless to say we did not get our room to 4:45 and the concierge said “well I have no way to communicate with ..."
