Room was comfortable and clean. Room keys didn’t work and when reloaded only one worked. Ice machine was empty. Breakfast was very good and staff were mice but seem to lack training. Pool was out of order.

The staff was pleasant at check in. But it was frustrating that the elevator was broken and then we were provided a room on the 3rd floor. I slipped in the bath tub, broke my arm. I had to have surgery 8 days later in Tucson. We never even stayed i fell 30 minutes after we got there
