"Clean room, nice staff. Our toilet had issues flushing and almost overflowing"

"No breakfast, given a single occupancy despite queen size room for 2 reserved. Completely brushed off concerns, debit was charged full price on day 1 despite telling them i wanted to pay cash. 3 different staff told me three different things regarding my payment. Weve stayed here in years past but we will not be returning and i dont recommend it at this time as their customer service, lack of care and responsibility for their customers comfort and stay as well as concerns was extremely poor and rude "

"My daughter and I stayed at the SpringHill in Rochester for an annual event that takes place at the at the Mayo Civic Center. We have have stayed here the last 3 years now and have yet to be disappointed. The rooms have always been clean, modern, and very spacious. We've enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. I love that there is parking onsite (yes for $7 a day fee, but its worth it to be able to park on site), parking was a little tricky this time only due to the hotel being so full and many large vehicles being parked right on/just over the line made it a bit tricky to squeeze into the last available spot, but thats hardly the hotels fault (and lucky i have a narrow vehicle). What has put this hotel over the top for me, however, is the wonderful experience I have had with the staff every time we have been to this location. By far the employees at this location have been the most friendly, welcoming staff I have every encountered. "

"Hotel is outdated and dingy. Towels were stained. It was an ok place to stay and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Our room wasn’t the cleanest and we found breakfast to be underwhelming. There were used contact lenses on our nightstand and no overhead lights in the room. Breakfast was carb filled and the coffee was weak. The pool was small and there were used towels everywhere at 8am on Sunday morning. We enjoyed having JJohn’s and Caribou on site but we wouldn’t stay there again."

"The breakfast was cold, what was left of it anyways. Bath tub wouldn’t drain as we took a shower. No hot water. We were given 3 towels and were told they didn’t have more when we asked. Air in room barely worked. "
