"Drove up from florida for my mothers funeral. Online this place states it has a pool/hot tub, breakfast , coffee and the pictures show a quant, small town hotel. Reality is, its a run down, out dated, over priced dump! Pool and hot tub...out of order ( after talking with a few locals, they said it hasnt been operational for close to a year), no coffee maker in room, coffee maker in lobby...out of order. Breakfast...beware!!!! Reheated dried out egg (pucks), half cooked ( pink in the middle) sausages, warm/spoiled milk, juice machine, you guess it...out of order! The outside of the hotwl looks like its abandoned, inside , carpet is soiled and sticky. Rooms are old, mold in bathrooms, and air quality is poor. If you have allergies or asthma expext a trip to the ER. Seems none of the amenities they claim to have on their website are OUT OF ORDER. had to eat breakfast in town ( very good restaurant in small town) Talked with several locals. They all stated this hotel was once a pride of the town. Once the new owners took over it has gone down hill. They stated the place now needs to be condemned, and i agree. BEWARE!!!! they have NO working amenities and will not tell you that, even at check in. Onve you see everything in OUT OF ORDER. they refuse to refund you. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! "

"The room was clean but missing some items that we needed. Which is fine, but no one was at the front desk any time we went up there after 7pm. It was pretty frustrating."

"Bed was horrible. Couch and chair need replaced. All the furniture was old and worn out. The beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and whenever you moved the bed made noise"

"The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on the part of the couch I can only assume they thought someone was going to sleep on. This hotel cost a fortune, and it couldn't accommodate our family as advertised."

"Room was fine and clean. Morning and afternoon front desk were a delight! Parking is awful there, I get it’s limited but they had a sold out hotel. We were told we could park in an additional lot, but then was told we could not. We were informed we would not have to pay for parking-but would have to park several blocks down the road. We were then informed they were giving out 4-5 parking passes per room. The evening staff was not great- ironically they had front row parking. Any time I tried talking to the woman at the front desk the man would interrupt and not let her speak. "
