"Excellent location in Center City. Check in is strange--enter the building, take an elevator to second floor for the reception. Room was very clean, but bathroom with shower was very small. Wonderfully thick and absorbent towels! Coffee maker in room and at reception but no food, no restaurant or coffee shop,expensive snacks in minibar. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of classic style--originally an early 20th century office building remade into a hotel twenty years ago. Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-fi were faultless."

"This hotel was really nice! I wish there had been room in the fridge for my own leftovers and not their very overpriced snack/drink options, but that was my only complaint. The provided robes were large and comfy, the bed was great, the pool area/bar was lovely. They also had citrus water available in the lobby and live music at night. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location. No 5star for me due to guest services. When calling guest services - around 2pm - we asked for a cot for a teenager. I also asked for two additional pillows for back support for my own bed. Someone came up to deliver right away and brought a pak n play. Ok , a mistake. We told the man to please bring an adult cot and pillows to our room while we were out. He stated ,” I’ll be right back”. I thanked him and gave him $20 tip. By 6pm we had no cot. We had to call guest services again. Finally got a cot but no extra pillows. No attention to detail. Rooms beautiful with huge bathroom. Double Beds (no queens) very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on box spring."
