"Immaculate accommodation. Comfortable, warm and spotless. Good facilities, water , coffee , tea , fresh milk .
Excellent breakfast , freshly prepared.
Good on site parking .
Professional and welcoming service from all of the team there.
Evening meal in the restaurant was also excellent .
Would highly recommend both accommodation and restaurant . "

"Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! "

"The B&B was lovely and Catherine was a great host, very welcoming and keen to ensure that everything was perfect for us.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and was amazing.
A really enjoyable stay in a lovely location, which was a perfect base to explore York from. "

"Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. "
