"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"Erika and Francesco were amazing hosts and their b&b is lovely. The location is great, near to the metro, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast brought to your room every day by Erika is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here."

"This is not a place for everyone but we loved it. Not a tourist area but a 20 minute walk away. It was a convent now B&B run by an independent collective, sited above church catacombs. The beds were simple plywood with a nice mattress and duvet with room numbers replaced by religious symbols. . The breakfast was simple light continental. Street noise was notable sometimes most of the night.

"B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close.
