"Booked double queen bed room , front desk gave a room only has one queen bed. When I go back and asked front desk , then I was told since we booked through Expedia, they don’t have double queen bed for us anymore. They were not being honest and didn’t even to bother to tell me the room is no longer available when I checked in."

"A lot happened on an overnight stay, first the tv remote only the power button works, then the spa water is sus and not enough towels, next at 12 mn the fire alarm goes off!! Thankfully it was cleared within an hour. I am glad the room is clean, bathroom is well kept with toiletries enough, bed is comfortable, parking area is accessible!Overall? if you are staying 1 night, for the price? its worth it!!"

"The hotel is much larger than we expected! There is no included breakfast, but we ate in the onsite restaurant and the food was good. Rooms were nicer than expected as well and beds were comfy."

"Overall, the stay was just fine and what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The only reason I'm giving this a lower rating is because I booked it specifically because it advertised electric car charging. However, when I arrived, the woman said they have it listed because there are wall plugs available outside. Not chargers, but a typical wall outlet which requires you to have a charger available, which isn't what you get with a rental."

"Do not go to this hotel if you value a clean and safe environment or if you hate extra surprise fees. They're cheap because they get you when you check in. I've never heard of charging a cleaning fee, an extra service fee, and a fee to use the kitchen supplies in an extended stay place. Expedia is supposed to show the total cost, but once you book it and they have your money, you still have to pay when you get there. The room was clean enough, if you ignore the sticky floor and all the cigarette burns in the bathroom. There are a lot of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, partying into the night. with lots of trash around. It doesn't feel very safe. They did let us check in early, which we appreciated. Other than that, it was a pretty disgusting place and I would never go back."

"100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Absolute horrible staff. We called to request a handicap room on 1st floor we get there the staff says we never called and called us liars. They were rude and extremely disrespectful. They demanded to know our disability and why we had a service dog. The staff was so awful we told them to cancel our reservation and went somewhere else. 100% WOYKD BIT RECOMMEND "
