"The room itself was nice. The staff very nice. The shower pan in the room I stayed needs replacement. It felt like we were going to fall through to the first floor. The bed was ridiculously firm. I feel it would have been more comfortable to sleep on tge floor. And if I was a short person good luck getting on the bed. It was so tall. Breakfast consisted of those amazing waffles, fresh fruit. Boiled eggs, yogurt, oj, coffee, bagels, sweet rolls, toast, English muffins. No meat. No oatmeal. So if your diet is restricted bring food. There is an icemaker and gym on bottom floor. The pool was closed. The shower was small, and the carpet was coming up by the bathroom door. As soon as I got to the room I spent 15 minutes sneezing. And when it came time to sleep. I had to door dash nasal spray so my husband could sleep "

"Problem at checkout where staff would not take my wife's credit card while I was parking the car. Delayed access to room. Staff very helpful when we were late for breakfast, (thought kitchen closed at 10). We were 15 minutes late but they still had food and accommodated our needs with full breakfast. Very courteous"

"The hotel is perfect place. Near to restaurant & mall. Very clean, quite and easy parking. Most importantly pet are allowed. "

"This hotel was so unexpectedly nice! Our "room" was practically the size of a studio apartment, given that it is a Residence Inn, we didn't expect it to have an actual living, kitchen, and dining space on top of the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Would totally stay here again. "
