"The stay had some positives, but overall I couldn’t give it 5 stars. For the price, the hotel itself felt like it lacked amenities. The reservation I thought I booked was not the one I received, and the water pressure in the room was disappointing. When I brought up my concerns in person, some staff members seemed to have attitudes, which made the experience more frustrating. However, Eiden stood out and was the best employee there. He genuinely did everything he could to help and made the stay better despite the issues."
