"The hotel itself is excellent. Staff is not very friendly though, at least at the rooftop bar and at the restaurant during breakfast. And they charge an extra fee if you hire a hair and makeup stylist only for them to come up to your room, which was advertised nowhere, and they offer nothing in exchange. ..."
