"We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again."

I stayed in Room 323, which was very comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but when I requested a fan, the receptionist provided one immediately, which was much appreciated. "I loved this 31 room boutique hotel in Dublin. The location was great and just 10-15 minute walk into the city center. Location is by a canal and there is a beautiful walkway to stroll. The pub and restaurant were great to have on-site. I absolutely loved our room… just charming with very comfortable beds & duvet. Staff was exceptional and you can buy tickets at the reception desk for the double decker hop on- hop off BLUE Bus ( which I would highly recommend)."
