"We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again"

"Lovely hotel. Room was clean, and air con a god send. Food was good, lots of options. Lady in dining room was so nice, always smiling and friendly (Marie)a great asset to the hotel. Only 3 lifts, so is a pain at times as only small too. Pool, well a non starter, queuing at 9.30 for 10am opening, couldn’t be bothered, although we managed to get a sunbed one day. Beds around us had towels on but were empty all the day we were there(10 till 3.30) went to beach rest of the holiday. Just a heads up...

"inexpensive value for money. good location, very relaxed feeling in apartment block. the breakfast is very good. did have a problem getting a key as arrived late however rang a number and key supplied within 5 minutes "

"I wasn't expecting the Hilton for the price I paid and knowing that this is a good location and the apartments very popular with stags and hens, I got what I was expecting. So no complaints from me. I certainly wouldn't recommend here for a family or romantic break, but for a drinking break with the lads, it's perfect."

"The problem is getting your keys for the property if you arrive on a sunday or a wensday there is no one around to tell you were to pick your keys up after asking 20 people finally the cafe next door told me were to get the keys five minute walk to another hotel by this time i had wasted 2 hours trying to get the keys there was no information how to get the keys by the information desk very poor then when you leave you have to drop the keys back at the hotel were you got them form but apart form...
