"Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass."

"We booked this very last minute minute as our plans changed. When we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the reception staff who explained where everything was. We made our way to our room, they are clean bright and have very comfy beds. The shower was lovely and powerful. My only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities which I would usually expect in 4* but I didnt check the facilities on the website before hand so thats my error. "The breakfast buffet was something else! It brought out my inner fatty because there was so much good quality, fresh food. Highly recommended. The location was perfect, the pool was quiet, spacious, and the bar was good. Thebpaper cups were a bit disappointing though. However, the bar upstairs was beautiful. A proper sun trap, with beer glasses in the freezer. That was a nice touch. We'll definitely stay again!"

"Helpful friendly staff in a safe comfortable and clean property. Food was good, fresh and well cooked. No waiting or issues at all. A little bit out of central benidorm which is what we wanted as it was a very family friendly hotel."
