We have stayed at the Melia for the past 3 Xmas now. We were disappointed at not getting our original room request of 19th floor or above in the first instance. We then had to request another room as the one allocated was quite dirty, especially in the bathroom with lots of mould on the tiles. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel anymore and needs some refurbishment.

Have been going here for years but this time it was abysmal! Front of house staff had no people skills and argumentative the place was filthy food was poor amenities were broken or aged and to top it all there was a man in black tracksuit going around pretending to be security trying the doors. Will never be back not worth the money go elsewhere
