Great location & nice beach. The room was clean & the staff were great. Sadly, I can’t say that we enjoyed the food other than breakfast. Soups were thin & bland. Salads were okay but the entrees left something to be desired. If the quality of the food was improved here it would really raise the experience. Also, would suggest getting rid of all those broken lounge chairs at the beach?!

A very clean, friendly, accommodating, well run property ... a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks to Rubi and her team for all their amazing efforts! Oh and Alexis was exceptional ... you'll find him in the lobby bar usually.

Great location, quiet, food was delicious, friendly staff, and clean. Bed was too hard as well as pillows. Plastic bed cover under sheets and pillow covers. Staff accommodated with mattress topper. Enjoyed our vacation regardless!

Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

Worst hotel ever!!! In every aspect. Rude staff, dirty hotel rooms with numerous issues, main one being no hot water for showers, food is horrid, noise is next level until 2 am! The list could go on. Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE !! It sucks! We left after 1 night and they kept our money and refused to refund the next 8 days that we were booked in for.

The room was fine besides being very dated. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were overstuffed and hard as cement blocks. House keeping was great. But the food was dreadful, every buffet was incredibly disappointing. They like to slice up hotdogs for a protein option. Fettuccine Alfredo with ball park franks anyone? Cocktails were a bit better than the food, but there is no service on the beach or pool. But this seemed to be the nicest hotel option in Guayabitos. A remodel and new chefs would do wonders for this place.

Way over priced for what you get, to add on a child it was almost the same as getting another room. Food is whatever, toilets smelled so bad when you flushed them, tvs don’t have wifi only cable. Staff was rude. I would not stay here again.

The beds are terrible, too hard, awful plastic mattress covers, sheets that don’t stay on. Please invest in some proper fitting bed sheets. The pillows are horrible. Plastic, hard and just bad, not goid.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The open bar did not have any warm drink at night, no limes for drinks. parking was difficult however staff assisted and guided where to go, that was great. tour/ticketing assistance I did not see. The shops were walkable distance. I would recommend this place.

Bring a pillow

Well the beds are terrible and the pillows even worse !! If you don’t get a good sleep you won’t have a good vacation!! Food was just barely acceptable out of eggs at breakfast!! Mostly Mexican food which is ok !! Not much to pick from as far as food !! Staff was excellent!! I used a blanket from the closet to put under me to soften the bed !! Bring a pillow ,the pillows are like beach balls and like hard plastic!! 17 days of this !!

I definitely not recommend this hotel. They took advantage of our family member’s reservation that was booked as 1 person and charged them another $600 usd. The restaurant was awful and drinks were terrible.

The food was the same all the time never changes and had limited option's. Softly drink were not offred for breakfast. Air conditioner was not worling and hot water went in and out. My mother in laws room jad tbathroom ceilings almost fall on her becaue it came down.. th. For the price that they chargerwd i expect more .
