"This stay was so charming. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. It's conveniently located to shops and restaurants in old town. "Très bel établissement avec une vue sur le fort de Rethymnon juste magnifique. Petit déjeune très bons, personnel agréable et à notre service. "Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. "Friendly staff, very very quiet, nice pool-area, nice hotel, ok food. This is an adults only hotel, so very strange that the pool bar closes at 17.30 when that is the nicest time to relax by the pool and have a drink. No lounge music, very poor cocktails, not what I had expected from a “5” star adults only hotel. The “gym” was not for free, a small room with 3 machines - once again not what we had expected. "

"The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town."
