Be aware that after 10pm there is no front desk staff, doors are locked and you must call to check in. I also had to make a noise complaint when the room above us were being obnoxiously loud at 2 in the morning for over an hour.

The place is well maintained, clean and safe. The only negative point is the fact that the noise level coming from the I95 is high.

My girlfriend and I were coming from a long trip and wanted somewhere clean and in a nice area to rest our heads, Woodspring was in a nice quiet area with a wonderful staff and a super comfy room. We are definitely going to be using that location on our future trips. Room was clean and cozy and many food places around. 10/10 for my girlfriend and I !

When we got to the room, we realized the toilet seat had a broken screw that holds the seat to the toilet, then we realized the handle was broken. We called down and because it was after 10pm (the front desk closes at 10pm?!), we got the “after hours operator.” I told the person we needed a new room and she said there was nothing she could do because there wasn’t anyone there. I said I wasn’t going to stay in a room with a broken toilet, and she said she would call me back. I never heard another word. I had to take the back off the toilet to pull the stopper so it would flush. The toilet was running all night, it sounded like there was a leak somewhere. I also went to clean a spot of vanilla ice cream we dropped on the floor with a wet tissue and it came back brown, it’s obvious the floors were not mopped. The hardwoods floors were a good idea, but not with beds that have legs. It sounded like the upstairs people were rearranging the room all night. Worst. Hotel. Stay. Ever.

This is a new property but operating with skeleton staff. It features all suite rooms with kitchenettes designed for trades workers for the surrounding business park developments. The front door is locked 24 7 and arriving guests must be buzzed in. If staff is away from the desk (as in my case) you either wait in the vestibule or enter with an arrriving resident and wait in the tiny bleak lobby. No breakfast in AM and very limited dining in the immeadiate area. The price is ok but its a spartan domewhat depressing experience
