"Breakfast wasn't the usual Holiday Inn Express breakfast. No waffles, no yogurt on day 3. Housekeeping didn't make our room, had to ask on 3rd day to have it made. Proximity to the T blue line was great. Easy to get to TD gardens or anywheres. Would stay here again for this reason alone"

"Shuttle to and from Logan was excellent. Very little waiting or shuttle hassles or confusion. Drivers were courteous and professional. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was efficient and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Everything worked. Excellent free breakfast with lots of selection. Eating area was spacious and clean. Thumbs up!"

"The room I stayed in clearly needed some maintenance. The heater had broken down, the lamp was flickering, the bathroom had ran out of shampoo, and the telephone to talk to the front desk was not working. "

"I cleaned my own room. I didn't use the gym or pool. I used the laundry- it was complimentary. The only employee who has awesome customer service skills was OSCAR, he usually worked the 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm. I had More than 8 maintenance issues- and Oscar called Maintenance immediately to address it. Also, Housekeeping did not speak English. OSCAR needed to translate to get the items I needed. I even talked in Spanish regarding, and the Head Housekeeper seemed confused. I left written notes EN ESPAÑOL- and I believe they knew did not how to read or write in Spanish, or English. "

"The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room. The pool is more so to exercise rather than to relax. There are no loungers to put your feet up and the pool water is very cold. Wish there was a jacuzzi but seems to be a rare amenity to find in Boston. "
