"We checked in later in the afternoon. Decide to stay at the hotel for dinner instead of going out. We waited a long time at the bar to receive service from anyone. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and was told someone would be back soon. They were on break. We waited a while longer. We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct! "

"King size bed was not comfortable. I requested additional pillows but was told there were no pillows available. Worst was no ventilation in the bathroom. Zero. Very humid and uncomfortable. Staff was very kind. "
