"I fault myself for not inspecting the room. The bathroom was filthy. Bottom shelf under the sink was super dusty and the shower was full of hair that didn’t belong to me. I didn’t see any of this until I went into the bathroom at 2a.m. after getting there at 5. This is my fault for dropping off my bags and hitting the streets. Never again! The room was COLD. The unit wasn’t working properly. The guy just unplugged it from the wall. The man at the front desk was nice. "

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

"It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip."
