We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. "The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions."
