"Really lovely historic location and historic building (stairs required) with great views of the plaza with tons of shops and things to do right near by. Really wanted to love it but sadly no hot water in the evening and only a bit of warmish water the next morning. Along with very poor soundproofing from the room doors mean't you could easily hear everyone coming and going. Hopefully they can fix the hot water situation and try and do something with the doorways to isolate a bit. City center historic building your going to hear a bit outside but it's the sound from the halls that was really bad."

"Ariel at front desk was very nice, the room was clean. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do but not pretty by any stretch The breakfast was pretty good and the staff friendly. The bad was the smallest shower I have ever seen, and it leaked no matter how we tried to adjust the shower curtain. It smelled humid and the tv didn’t work properly which is not huge if you’re there to explore. Not bad"

"The location is great. Anna is nice, the rooms were warm and clean and there was lots of hot water for showers. The negatives were: the bathroom needs work. There is mold in the shower and toilet was broken. Things look a little tired and worn out. Anna was sorry about the toilet and tried to fix it but could not. I had to reach into the tank to flush and eventually figured out how to put the flush chain back on the flusher but still have to leave the tank lid off to flush. The worst part was that I requested the laundry service. I thought there would a washer in the unit because the posting says “laundry”. I now understand this means laundry service. I used the service and paid a reasonable price BUT… I got our clothes back and they all reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell is unbearable so I am getting everything redone at a laundry service at our next stop. It was a waste of 18,000 CLP. Do not use the service unless you are a smoker and do not care. I would not stay here again. "
