"Casino OK. No breakfast but great expensive alternatives. Pool looked great but i didn't use. Trouble communicating with some personel. Very large and complex lay out of facilities. They need printed maps to get to rooms and facilities or a least an app."

"No help at luggage desk, unwilling to give us a cart, had to have an employee help- yet no one answered any “help desk” phones. Had to figure out parking/ luggage unloading alone- to get to a dirty room. Was offered an upgrade for a fee for a closer/cleaner room. Will never return."
