"As you would expect from The Ritz everything was excellent, but it was the small details that really impressed me. Like the bags I left with them before check in, were already taken to my room when I did check in. The cool scented towels in the gym and the speed of the in room dining was very impressive."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, passend zum hohen Standard und Preis. Tolle Zimmer, ausreichender Spabereich. Es hätte sauberer sein können, Schimmel im Kühlschrank und Staub auf den Bilder/ im Bad. Frühstück top, kleine Auswahl mit guten Produkten. Und vor allem bis 12 Uhr verfügbar. Auf die frisch zubereiteten Speisen müssten wir leider eine gabze weile Warten und wenn man schon zum Platz geführt, kann man auch eine kleine Einweisung zum Prozedere geben. Personal immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "

"Really nice and clean modern hotel. Every member of staff was both extremely accommodating and kind. Can't fault a single thing the hotel was Amazing. 24/7 shop for any late night munchies. The hotel really do go that extra mile too, we forgot toothpaste and toothbrushes and they provided this to me and my fiancé free of charge for passengers that do forget. Highly recommend thank you so much."
