"Staff was only occasionally helpful. Stopper in bathroom sink didn't work. Ceiling work: needs spackling and taping in Room 604. No body lotion for my wife. Breakfast was lacking in anything other than pre-packaged stuff and breakfast sandwiches were of poor quality. Pool was nice and at a good temperature. ..."

"Had a great stay at the Hyatt. Conveniently located right on the beach/boardwalk. Had a beautiful view of the ocean which was a free upgrade. Clean, and free breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Highly recommend!"
