"FIRST OF ALL THE RUGGED AREA TO THE ROOMS ON THE FIRST FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING. I KNOW DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT THE RUGS WERE A DISGRACE. SECONDLY, THE DOOR KNOB TO THE BATHROOM WAS FALLING OFF THE DOOR AND COULD NOT BE LOCKED AT ALL. I HAD TO ASK FOR FRESH TOWELS EVEN AFTER LEAVING THE USED ONES OUTSIDE ..."
