"1. Front desk staff was very rude and mostly unavailable 2. Breakfast was very bad 3. Water leakage from the bathroom in the adjacent room 4. Room badly maintained and there were not even a dustbin placed 5. Not worth the $150 dollars and the worst holiday inn stay ever PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!"

"Was there for 2 weeks and for nearly 2 weeks my toilet didn’t work. Finally. After 10 days he came to fix it. Only for it to work maybe once or twice and never again lol. Then the people stay across the hall I guess with two or three kids yelling and screaming all night. Absolutely ridiculous. Idk if they lived there or what but it was a wreck. "Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only is the place incredibly clean with every amenity you could possibly hope for, the staff were amazing as well. 10/10"

"Great location and hotel, just know there is no dining anywhere on the property. But, plenty of choices just down the sidewalk at Baytown Wharf or the marina"

"Nice hotel, clean. But the walls are paper thin we were woken up multiple times by people in the hallway and the next room."

"The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last."

"Good location, friendly and clean"
