"Everything was fine except Monday morning there's was a power outage and we had to get our own breakfast at Tim Hortons because we didn't know how long it would take before power comes back on. Instead of getting a free breakfast it costs us money from our own pocket "
"We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!"
"They accommodated my request to check in early and provided me with a handicapped room. I had a hip replacement and am 78, so I was so thankful for their kindness.
I would definitely stay at a Fairfield Inn again!"
