"While the front desk was understanding and did the best they could for the situation. The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. Both nights we stayed at the hotel the hotel was unable to manage the kids running wild through the hotel into the night. My husband and I had to visit rooms and parents who were drinking in the bar to ask them to control themselves. We ended up with a very uncomfortable, noisy, and annoying weekend stay. Other notes: the fitness room was left trashed and our bathroom toilet would not stop running. We also had no tissues, shampoo or conditioner in our room which led us to the front desk for solutions. Overall inconvenient and would not waste our money again. "

"This was a disappointing hotel. While the suite was spacious, the whole building smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people, including our room. There were lots of stains on the carpet both inside and outside of the suite, and I suspect it is the source of the smell. The large stain outside the door of our room set the tone for the interior. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom curtains do a very poor job of blocking out the parking lot lights, so my partner, who is sensitive to light, needed to wear an eye mask to sleep. The couch was a horror - filthy looking, and sunken. The caulking in the bathroom would have looked better if it had been applied by a blind person with a broken stick. We ran into friends who, surprisingly, turned out to be staying at the same hotel. We were all in agreement that this place gives flophouse vibes; "what a dump" was the phrase of the night. I am giving it two stars because the staff was polite and I didn't see any bedbugs or roaches. But I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel has a major renovation."

"Property seemed fairly new. Very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Seemed to be in a very noisy neighborhood for barking dogs and traffic, even for early Sunday morning. "

"The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets"

"Loose handle on shower controls. Could not get hot water out of it. "

"Had a horrible time, had to go to a whole different hotel. The hallways gave super creepy vibes, there was graffiti on most of the walls, not that I mind graffiti just y'know wasn't advertised. And the pictures of the room didn't really match the room, sorta felt like I was crawling with bugs after leaving. Totally creeped out and a little set off, the hallways felt like someone was watching you from around the corner, the stairways felt like a parking garage."

"This is one of the most impressive historical hotels we have experienced and this includes the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. The history and architecture is unbelievable. The staff, exceptional, along with the services provided during our time at the hotel. The brunch, delectable."
