The apartment was of a very high standard. Very clean, and very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

A modern style well equipped apartment within a 5 - 10 walk of the shopping centre. Excellent location for nearby attractions such as; Marlow, Henley on Thames, Pangbourne, Cliveden, Highclere etc. During our stay the smoke alarm started to bleep indicating low battery and the sink plug jammed, the property manager responded with minutes and the maintenance person turned up with two minutes to fix the problems, fantastic customer service.

The noise from the neighbor’s phone, TV, and conversations was disturbing, but everything else was comfortable. I would appreciate it if you could remind them to be more mindful.

I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. And I heard quite a number of people press the door bell everyday. Even at 5am, if you sleep awake, you will be awared, I don’t know what’s going on. Overall, I think it is recommended.

アパートのスタッフはとても親切で、困ったことがあれば直ぐに対応してくれます。施設は清潔で使いやすいです。Reading駅からは少し遠いので大きなバゲッジでの移動は大変かもしれません。

The property was nice, very clean, modern and functional and everything worked. Couple of very minor niggles which could have easily been fixed. On arrival August 2021 there wasn't any room layout plan to guide new arrivals. That made finding your specific room a whole lot more challenging than it ever needed to be. I wasted time and energy climbing 3 flights of stairs with all my bags to discover there are actually two different staircases and rooms unsignposted. The other minor issue was that the rooms on the top floors are very well insulated and in summer they get very hot and there is no air conditioning. The installation of a portable fan would help here?
