Great Stay!

It was a great stay. Very clean rooms and great location. A short walk down the Soi and you are on the main touristy/commercial street in town. Also close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Miss Hongs House. Excellent value, really comfy sheets and bed. Also provided with two bottles of water per day and there are facilities in the room to make your own coffee. Steps are quite steep, therefore not ideal if you have mobility issues, but we were fine.

Stayed here for a week. I thought the upgrade to a VIP room which I was given was great Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, ac worked well. 2 bottles of water everyday plus room clean when requested. It’s also in a good location being about a 5 minute walk to the beach and about the same time to roads with bars and restaurants. The shared taxi from Ban Phe pier cost 20B but it’s easily walkable in about 10 mins. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic hosts Mae and Tong together with Oun made us feel like family. Fastest check in ever. Very near the beach and main street 5 min walk. Perfect location and still too far from the bar street so you can sleep quiet. They renovate rooms during our stay so now even more nicer! Great value for your money! Book it!

Walking distance from ferry pier, close to main street and all amenities but on a quieter parallel street. Comfortable bed, good wifi, slightly dated but acceptable bathroom and shower. Interesting temple just steps away, beach very close too. Good air conditioning, quiet in evening, very relaxing stay. Bars, restaurants, convenience stores, etc all within walking distance.

I cannot be more satisfied about my stay at Miss Hong House. The location is very convenient at walking distance to the high street and lovely Thai food places.Taxis and motorcycles at available at the House or within 10 min walks.I have been to beautiful several beaches in less than 30 min drive from the House which is very clean and silent. And not the least..A very warm and big appreciation to May who is running the house but also helping you in a Thai manner (it says it all) may you have any questions or doubts. Try her coffee too. Boyfriend is very kind and helpful too and the kind and friendly cleaning lady make sure that your room is always in a pristine condition.Thank you so much May for everything, Thank you very much to the 3 of us for making my first stay in the island a total success. Auf den Bildern sieht die Unterkunft super gepflegt aus. Leider hatte unser Zimmer Schimmel- wir sind direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Die Betreiberin hat gesagt sie kann uns kein refund geben und wir müssen uns an Hotels.com wenden. Gesagt getan- die Betreiberin hat eine Stornierung abgelehnt, wir hätten verstanden wenn sie eine Nacht behält, aber das sie uns gar nichts zurück erstattet hat, ist einfach eine Frechheit. Sie hat uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber wenn man bereit ist, für so ein Zimmer überhaupt einen Schlüssel auszuhändigen, Brauch man auch kein anderes Zimmer mehr sehen, denn man riecht den Schimmel sofort wenn man herein kommt. Wir wollten freundlich bleiben, weil sie so traurig schaute und haben es auf Balkon und Strand geschoben, denn beides ist nicht vorhanden. Auf den Bildern sieht die Unterkunft modernisiert aus, ist sie nach unserem empfinden nicht.

Relativ einfache Unterkunft, man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Man kann im Hotel auch einen Roller zu guten Konditionen mieten. Ich war zufrieden und würde wiederkommen.

Chambre correcte et propre. La clim et le frigo à disposition. Pas loin de la rue où ça bouge un peu et de la plage, on peut faire à pied. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures mais à partir de 22h environ il n’y en a plus. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de rangements. Je recommande sans problème.

Super séjour !

Un accueil au top. La gérante est charmante et à notre écoute. La chambre était propre et confortable ( confort asiatique donc lit un peu dur ). Possibilité de louer un scooter et tout autres activités ! A quelques pas de la plage. Seul difficulté au début, trouver le logement ( près du grand Buddha blanc ) Je recommande fortement, nous avons même booké une nuit de plus.
