"Front desk check in person was nice and helpful. Not sure why I got charged $24 for parking. I parked the car there one afternoon and left early the next morning. So, what the heck? The advertised rate for non hotel guests is $12 a day. And they said that I parked free as a guest. So, this is a rip off."

"The rooms and carpets are very tired. The bed was comfortable and everywhere is spotless. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They had a broken gutter outside our window which was very annoying as it rained heavily, but we reported it and hopefully maintenance have now repaired it."

"The courtyard B&B was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I. We were traveling through from Killarney to Galway and stayed one night in this hotel. It was clean, warm, friendly, and Seiff. We did the banquet at Bunratty Castle, which was fun and in walking distance from this B&B, the beds were so nice that we overslept and missed breakfast however, I can only imagine it was great given all the other factors in this day . highly recommend."

The hotel is clean and nicely maintained overall, although we had a small issue of water accumulation in the sink which was later fixed with some delay. The restaurant offers good breakfast. Would certainly recommend booking with breakfast included. The hotel is in a quite area and close to attractions. We enjoyed staying in a room overlooking the Shannon river. "Just from start to finish wasn't enjoyable. On the phone was told included breakfast when I arrived it didnt. Room wasn't great. No back on remote to cover batteries with a toddler. Had to pay to use soft play as a guest. Nice girl in bar long ponytail was very helpful but other than that wont be back"
