Clear directions provided prior to arrival, quick check-in and warm welcome provided. The 2 story villa is cosy and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, usb speaker, sofa, dining table, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a wow factor and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4...

"Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. "

"The Staff were extremely helpful. We got a pot of coffee and tea upon our arrival. The staff also gave us two umbrellas in case we go out in the city and it starts raining. On the day of the checkout, we requested some to-go breakfast and they happily complied. They packed us extra pair of sandwich and a cup full of fruits and some whole fruits as well.
