"Hyatt please provide pillows that aren’t limited to ones that are thin, past their prime, and made of down/feathers. Both times we stayed at the RD airport location, wall scones didn’t work, and the air conditioning system wasn’t adequate to keep the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature."
