"Overall, my experience was positive, but I encountered a few issues: 1. The wait time for breakfast downstairs was excessively long. 2. The inside of the electric kettle was not clean. 3. Upon entering the room for the first time, I noticed it was very humid and had a musty mold smell. I strongly suspect the air conditioner needs cleaning. Because of this, I only used the AC when it was extremely hot and left it off most of the time."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore was simply exceptional and one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. A heartfelt thank you to Claudia Kim at the Front Desk and Aerial from Guest Relations for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, professional, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Their exceptional service made us feel truly valued and is a wonderful reflection of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The hotel is magnificent. Our room was stunning, spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with spectacular views. The facilities are first class, including the lovely pool, excellent gym, luxurious spa and outstanding amenities. The location is perfect, with Marina Bay’s attractions, shopping and dining all within easy walking distance. The absolute highlight was the breakfast buffet. Without question, it is the best buffet breakfast in Singapore and the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The incredible variety, freshness, quality and impeccable service made every breakfast unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team, especially Claudia Kim and Aerial, for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to anyone looking for a truly world-class luxury hotel experience."
