"Room was clean. Disappointed in that the freezer in the refrigerator had quite a bit of frost so couldn't hold our ice packs. Asked the lady at the front desk if she could put them in their freezer and she said she didn't know where the master key was. I know there is an ice machine but ice melts ..."
