"I booked and paid for my one night more than six months ago. A few days before my arrival I wrote to the hotel and informed them of my arrival time. I showed the receptionist my confirmed booking. I showed proof of my payment. And I kept getting the same response: “You don’t have a booking, and there is no...

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
