Very strange experience

While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there.

Cadre magnifique, mais l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu. Première chambre : fourmilière, pas très agréable Personnel au courant de ce problème mais ne propose pas d’office une autre chambre, suite à ma remarque, le personnel a bien réagit et m’a proposé une autre chambre. Mais malheureusement celle ci, n’était pas propre, miroir, fenêtres, sol, dommage..

Nosotros vinimos con el tren amarillo y fácilmente se accede al hotel cogiendo un bus que tarda 10 minutos desde Villefranche Le Conflent. El hotel es algo antiguo (ascensores). La habitación era quàdruple y muy bien, luminosa, amplia y con nevera y microondas y un detalle que se aprecia mucho (café, te y galletitas). Está muy bien situado pues a 5 minutos a pie llegas al centro del pueblo.

Courage aux propriétaires

L'arrivée tardive a été corectement géré mais nous avons écourté notre séjour et nous somme pas resté les deux nuits. Et nous avons réservé un autre hotel à perpignan. Chambre vétuste, avec frigo qui ronfle la nuit, fenêtre avec condensation (sans sexe) et fermeture difficile. Douche horrible (je fais 1.86 et 120kg) autant vous dire qu'on se lave pas les pieds si vous arrivez à rentrer dedans.... Nous somme parti car a côté la seconde nuit nous avions du bruit dérangeant dans la chambre d'à côté et je n'aurais pas eu la patiente nécessaire pour être diplomate. Au depart le veilleur ne paraissait pas étonné...une employé nous as stipulé que les nouveaux proprietaire n'avaient pas fait le choix de faire des travaux ...dommage... une tele ecran plat ne suffit ! Un bon photographe pour le site et l'affaire est dans le sac. Je peux entendre que les investissements sont pas possible de suite donc pour etre objectifs des deux côtés je ne reviendrais pas sans travaux et j'espère que votre rentabilitée permettra d'ameliorer nettement les locaux prochainement Nous n'avons pas essayé les termes ce n'etait pas notre but. Nous avions besoin d'un "hôtels" Et à noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche ! Donc aucun regret de partir avant ...

Séjour d'une nuit en famille

Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Petit réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire et sachets de thé et café à disposition dans la chambre. Literie de qualité. Un bémol pour l'isolation phonique (jour important au dessus de la porte d'entrée de la chambre laissant passer le bruit du couloir) et de plus nous entendions la conversation téléphonique du voisin de chambre. Pas de possibilité non plus de régler l'intensité du chauffage dans la chambre.
