As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling.
From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special.
Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money.
The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

The hotel room had no windows, and I had to pay extra for it because my wife has claustrophobia. I paid an extra AU28.50 each day to move to a room with windows.

We stayed four nights.
Very friendly staffs.
Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff.
We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless.
Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

We are a family from Ireland and have recently stayed at the Royal Palace hotel. This hotel is a gem. The location is exceptional right on the lake and close to shops and restaurants. We had an executive family room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and very well organised. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. A special mention has to be for Miss Mimi and Miss Celina who went out of their way to be of assistance. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will definitely return.

Fantastic staff and good breakfast. The location is perfect. Is it spotless? No. But if you want a "white glove" level of clean, go somewhere else and pay 5x the price. For a solid, well-located stay that won't break the bank, this is it.
