"While this property is undergoing reconstruction of their pool area, we were impressed that they made accommodations to use a neighboring hotel’s pool. Everything seemed very clean, the staff was friendly, we loved our beach access, great stay! "

"Loud, large dog barking, people banging on my door all hours of the night, shower broke, sliding glass door didn’t lock. Telephone in the room didn’t work. Charged me when I checked in even though I had already paid, check-in is 4pm, couldn’t get my room till after 5pm. I’ve stayed here before (5 times), this was the worst stay."

"I did notice during my stay that there was not enough staff in my opinion during your peak hours. Also the cleanliness of the lobby ( the light sconces were extremely dirty). But all the other areas were clean."

"This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest."
