"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. "I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review last time, but due to the odor, I’m rating it a 4. Otherwise, it's a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers wanting to be just a short, walkable distance from the city center."
