"I staued 4 nights the staff was very helpfull and repaired the bed frame and non slide tub tile. Right away as well as try to help me by trying to get me into the walk in shower ♿️ room if it hadnt been reserved beforehand. Bad was they only had 1 walk in shower room and quite a few homeless in the area."
"No one was present to check us in. Had to call around and then wait :20 in the heat. Absolutely NO apology whatsoever for the delay, which should be courtesy standard by literally anyone leaving someone to wait for a prebooked and reserved day/time. "
