"I had to have a knee surgery done, so we spent the night. Location was very convenient to the Surgical Center. Pool was very nice, we had it to ourselves, but even had others been there, it was good size for a hotel."

My only issue and I got the reason why later in my trip is that it is in a not so walking friendly area of town and getting a rideshare can come at the expense of some time (20+ minutes) This had been explained to me by a rideshare driver who stated the local transit agency cut back service on Saturdays and there is no service on local transit on Sunday so rideshares get absolutely overrun on the weekends.
