"Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place."

"I wish there was an area outside that you could sit and enjoy the fresh air. I also wish they had a common area that people could sit and converse with friends and family . I didn’t like that I booked through Expedia but needed to alter our travel plans but with 4 days notice to the hotel I could not get my money refunded for the last day and had to pay for 2 hotels. That was very frustrating."

"The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price."

"Elmhurst is on a beautiful property, ideal for weddings and events. We were just here for a girls weekend - the space, restaurant and on-site spa are all fantastic. An elegant and indulgent weekend!"

"Older hotel, we had room # 2, was clean inside, easy check in and out, pet fee was $15 a night which was good price. Love that they allow pets. Our dog chewed the bedding in the middle of the night, told the lady about it on check out and she charged us $20 for the damage the dog did and was nice about it. Overall, i was happy with my stay for Friday and Saturday night. I would stay again. Thank You "

"Room was allocated in a floor custom meant for other purpose and as a consequence ,there was an incident experienced which was very uncomfortable. Also, expedia listed the hotel as "Breakfast included" while i was looking to book and after booking was "breakfast available". This could have been preesented more clear in terms of price vs amenities for customer to get clarity on his expectations before booking. The hotel refused breakfast option. Overall this particular booking has been terrible...

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience. It is student accommodation and the listing doesn't state that. Beds are not meant for 2 adults to sleep in. We traveled with a small child and immediately vacated the property in 10 mins, and they refused to refund us. Horrible management"

"Need to put more soap in unit...the two very thin bars are barely enough for one use!"

"The breakfast was a mess, there were no knives, plates, bread, butter. Fruit owl was empty. When she finally came to refill these it was so slow, I actually used a fork to spread jam on my toast. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory."
