"Our stay was fine to good. Perhaps perfectly acceptable for a three-star resort. The line for check in and check out was long and slow. There were mostly locals there, if that's the vibe you're looking for. The entrance to the resort is a long and bumpy ten minute drive, so lesving the resort was kind of annoying. Families should note that room doors aren’t toddler-proof and balconies could be unsafe for small children. Playa Mantas is nearby (parking can be tricky and costly). "This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got. We walked to the beach (about 10-15 min walk) and then relaxed by the pool. The property views were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. "

"The highlight of the accommodation is the view from the terrace. The pool is also nice. We spent the last night of our Costa Rica trip here. The location is convenient for visiting Carara Park. The room was clean. The furnishings could be cozier, but we were already aware of that before and it didn’t bother us too much. You’ll likely spend most of your time on the terrace anyway. Noise from the road, which is often criticized, was not noticeable or disturbing to us at night."
