The hotel is excellent, with impeccable cleanliness, and the pools are very good. Be prepared to walk from the hotel to the entrance gate. The hotel doesn't allow taxis that aren't affiliated with the hotel to enter, which is completely absurd. Bring ear plugs people screaming at night on the hallways .

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! Everything at the resort is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The décor is modern and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. The beach was beautiful, lined with palm trees and perfect for relaxing. The water slides were a huge hit with our 8-year-old, who had an amazing time every day. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, family-friendly getaway with great food and a gorgeous beach, we highly recommend it!

Very nice modern property. Food was good. However, I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't try all the restaurants because they were either fully booked or not opened. We had a good trip. The food could have been better. This resort is perfect for families with children who love the pool because they have a lot of slides, a mini waterpark, and a lazy river. The shows were standard, hopefully they can improve once the resort grows. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, so if you don't know Spanish you're basically out of luck. Overall, I would rate this a 6.5 out of a 10.

Considering it was opening week of the resort, and some amenities were not available, we still had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment crew. Mr. Alfredo Zapata and the rest of the crew were energetic, friendly and made the experience fun and enjoyable. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well kept. There was always a staff member cleaning or maintaining the grounds and beach, The food and beverages were delicious, with many different choices to enjoy. The pools and waterslides were excellent as well. We would definitely go back to enjoy our next family vacation. We recommend this resort.

The hotel is brand new, its really beautiful, however it has a lot of issues still. Elevator at lobby wasn't working all the time. The food at the restaurants takes about an hour to be served. My room got flooded, a pipe exploded. Restrooms in public areas were always out of soap. My bags took an hour to be delivered from my hotel to the lobby. They still need to work on a lot of things to become an excellent hotel. However. Service and amenities are great. Night shows ara a plus.

Luxury ? This property was not ready to open !! Travelled with family, 6 and 8 year old boys. They did not have enough staff for the amount of people that were there. Breakfast i usually don’t expect much on an all inclusive but this one was bad, took forever to get drip coffee and they did not have many options. Lunch options were ok, the only saving grace was the food truck. Dinner if you did not want to eat at the buffet every night you would need to wake up at 8am to make reservations. The Asian and steak were really good and the people helping were very thoughtful. We arrived and our tv wasn’t working, we called and they said they would fix it , 5 nights and no one ever came , we called and the front didn’t care and would hang up. Lazy River is a must , water slides are good , entertainment at night is good. Latte bar was excellent. Overall i wouldn’t call this luxury fighting for food and attention is not luxury . Doubt we would come back !!!! They were not ready to open !!!!!

Just left the resort. We stayed for 5 days, had 2 rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids and we booked the swim up rooms. The resort is really kid friendly which we loved! All our kids are 5 and under and it was perfect. We loved the water slides and the indoor/outdoor playground. They also had a live kiddo show every night at the main theatre. Our stay didn’t start off that great - we waited quite a bit for our rooms and then we weren’t given much direction about the amenities, restaurants etc. eventually by the 2nd day I spoke to the guest services supervisor and he was amazing. He helped us make all our reservations and checked in on us throughout our stay. Note - You have to make all your reservations from the day before (we didn’t know this). Don’t even bother with the food at the sports bar, it’s awful. The rest of the restaurants were okay, typical for an All Inclusive Resort. Our favorites were the Mexican and Brazilian. There is also a food truck by the main pool which serves some basics like fries burgers hotdogs and tacos which were okay, but super convenient for snacking by the pool. The beach was full of seaweed but they tried their best to clean it out, we didn’t go in. Our room was nice and clean but we had a giant random tub smack in the middle of the room and while I could see it being cool for couples, for a resort that caters to kids it was annoying. Almost none of the staff spoke English, thankfully my friend and I are conversational in Spanish and got by fine!

We went on a family vacation and decided on this hotel because of the waterpark for the kid, which he loved and we adults also enjoyed. Food wise: Buffet was nice, service was so so and I’m guessing it was because the hotel just open when we went, but no bad treatment. Francisco in the breakfast area was very good at doing our eggs every day. The Japanese restaurant was delicious, a shout out to our chef, which we don’t remember his name but he said his last name was Chan like Jackie Chan. Brazilian was amazing! Skirt steak or “Churrasco” and the turkey were cooked to perfection, very tasty. Service, we had Gregory attending us and we give him a 10/10. We could see he was new in this and was maybe a bit nervous but he was always there when we needed refills, fast attending to other needs and also being cordial and professional. The one serving us the meat was also very nice, making the restaurant feel lively. In the pool area, a shout out to Angel (waiter) which was very professional and nice. First one to present himself and welcome us to the hotel. Piña Colada and “Fresa” were out to go drinks… very good! Room and hotel were beautiful. Don’t know if there was entertainment at night besides live music and kids activities on the theater… we went to bed early after being all day at the pool. What I found a bit lacking was in the restrooms around the pool or beach I couldn’t find hand soap, don’t know if they had soap or the dispensers (electronic with sensors) didn’t work.

I knew going into this stay that this is a brand-new resort, so I expected there to be some opening glitches. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation, and I do believe this property has a lot of potential. I would recommend it to others, but I would probably suggest waiting another 5–6 months to allow the resort to work through some of the startup issues. There were definitely some areas that need improvement. The front desk was the biggest challenge. Check-in took a long time, communication wasn’t always clear, and the staff didn’t always seem well informed when issues came up. Since the front desk sets the first impression for the entire resort, this is an area that deserves extra attention. Several amenities were still not operating, including the spa, gym, some restaurants, a few of the water slides, and some bars. The theater entertainment was enjoyable, especially the acrobatic performances, but there was only one bar serving the theater area, which created long lines. The alcohol quality was average, and the food at the sports bar could definitely be improved. Room service was also inconsistent. There were times when the person answering the phone didn’t speak English, and I think front-line employees in a tourism setting should be bilingual whenever possible. We also had TV issues throughout the week, and both of our rooms had ongoing problems with the electronic door locks. This is a new place so we knew it would be hit or miss. We traveled with our 7 year old daughter. Pros: - Water slides were fun however the first day they opened super late. And when they were open, only a handful were in use at a time. But still a cool experience for our baby girl. - Splash pad was fun - All the bars were nice and stocked. They had a ton of staff walking around taking drink orders, even in the kid area. - Lazy river fun for all but they didn't have enough tubes. The “cave” in the middle of it was a fun spot to hang for kids and adults because it had a bar. - We had a room with a pool right outside our back door. That was extremely nice and convenient. My favorite part honestly. The servers came to us here too! - Staff were all nice. - New facility so everything was new and nice Cons: - We found at least 5 screws in our personal pool I guess due to construction. - The sofa bed didn’t come with linens. - Our shower overflowed twice in three days. - Mexican and Brazilian food were mediocre. Buffet was decent. - The check in process was long and the staff were clearly confused. We were supposed to get a room by 3pm but NO ONE got a room until well after that. - The TV dint work and they didn’t have anyone on staff to fix it for our entire stay. In all, I think this place will be stellar once it’s been open for a few months and figures out the kinks. But if you ask my 7 year old, it was amazing! I’d do it again next year.

The main issue occurred at check-in. Although I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel did not have a room available for us. The staff attempted to resolve the situation, but they were unable to provide suitable accommodations that night. The only room initially offered was dirty and not ready for occupancy, making it unacceptable to stay in. As a result, we were unable to get a proper night’s sleep. We arrived late, spent hours waiting for a solution, and ultimately lost the first night of our vacation. The lack of rest also affected our plans and enjoyment of the following day. The next day, the hotel upgraded us to a better room, which we appreciated. I also want to acknowledge that the staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely tried to help throughout the process. However, despite their efforts, the inconvenience had already caused a significant negative impact on our stay. For this reason, I submitted a claim through Expedia requesting a refund for the first night’s stay, as the accommodations we reserved were not provided as promised. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered for the inconvenience and the loss of the first night of our vacation.

E. (front desk) and J. (room service) were amazing! Y.B. (in arcade) was absolutely dreadful and nasty. The buffet was mediocre. Food was cold and inadequate selection. Room service closes at 9 which is insanely earlier compared to other resorts. No one even answers the phone for you to order! Service seems favored to the Hispanic guests. While not fluent in Spanish I can get by but there is no effort among staff to attempt to speak or understand. Cleaning staff never brought washcloths. I had to chase the housekeeping staff for that. I ordered a sprite in the buffet. After spilling it on me, I didn’t receive an apology until after I noted one was not given and never got a replacement beverage. Best thing was being here with my daughter, the swim up, pools water slides and lazy river. Building 4-5 has an unnerving funk of the ocean. And the seaweed levels make the beach almost unsalable and gross. They need an app for people to order room service or reserve dinner at restaurants. My advice, don’t stay here!! Go 20 minutes deeper toward Bávaro/Macao beach area and it’s far more pleasant with better service. I would never recommend this location or ever come back!

Very happy with our stay. Highly recommended especially for families with kids, lots of water slides and pools as well as a lazy river. Staff is great, rooms are clean, food is good and beach is right there too!
