The hotel is brand new, its really beautiful, however it has a lot of issues still. Elevator at lobby wasn't working all the time. The food at the restaurants takes about an hour to be served. My room got flooded, a pipe exploded. Restrooms in public areas were always out of soap. My bags took an hour to be delivered from my hotel to the lobby. They still need to work on a lot of things to become an excellent hotel. However. Service and amenities are great. Night shows ara a plus.

Considering it was opening week of the resort, and some amenities were not available, we still had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment crew. Mr. Alfredo Zapata and the rest of the crew were energetic, friendly and made the experience fun and enjoyable. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well kept. There was always a staff member cleaning or maintaining the grounds and beach, The food and beverages were delicious, with many different choices to enjoy. The pools and waterslides were excellent as well. We would definitely go back to enjoy our next family vacation. We recommend this resort.

New hotel excellent for family with kids.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! Everything at the resort is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The décor is modern and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. The beach was beautiful, lined with palm trees and perfect for relaxing. The water slides were a huge hit with our 8-year-old, who had an amazing time every day. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, family-friendly getaway with great food and a gorgeous beach, we highly recommend it!

They just opened for ten days on our trip so not all the restaurant and swim up pool are open. 80% of The staff did not speak English so it hard to communicate. The restaurant reservations staff did not speak English at all they messed up my reservation.

Rooms were clean but everyday we found a new bug in it + tv did not work . The resort still under construction and there’s only half of the resort and restaurants in service , 1 buffet with limited hours and one fast food limited hours as well ( food on the fast food restaurant was terrible ) . There was 3 restaurants only for reservations . Most of the stuff was rude and you had to hunt them down to keep drinks coming . In general the whole environment it’s very business oriented. If you use your card for anything , get ready to pay (20%) “tariff “ included on every swipe so get ready to spend , everything it’s extremely expensive . Dont let my experience keep you from traveling to this 3rd world beauty this is just my experience and expressing what you won’t see on social media .

Easy check in and check out. Staff was always happy and eager to help. Our kids 8 and 10 loved the kids club. Spent hours in there. Food was great which is unusual for a buffet. Gym wasn’t open yet but they take you to their sister property to use that gym if needed. Nightly shows were Broadway quality. Room service daily. Pool areas and water park were clean with ample seating. They should out more towel stations. Coffee served was quality. We aren’t big on alcohol but when asked for top shelf liquor they did so with no extra charge. We felt safe in and around the resort. The beach was beautiful and just steps from the pool. Unfortunately, due to sargassum problem we didn’t get to enjoy it. The smell was really bad and the water not swim able at all. The staff cleaned the seaweed off the sand every morning but it was in the water as well. We did visit near by Macao beach which had no seaweed but off the beaten path with lots of hagglers a bit dirty. It would be great if the vendors making money off tourists there would get together and push for visitors to clean up after themselves or clean up every hour. We will be back to the resort as overall it was a great experience.

We stayed at this resort from July 18–23. The property is brand new, and while it has a lot of potential, we were disappointed that several amenities advertised were not yet available. We booked this resort expecting full access to everything it offered, but several restaurants, the ice cream shop, 2 of the 3 swim-up bars, and the Infinity Sky Bar were still closed. My father-in-law also experienced a significant issue with the shower in his room. Within just a couple of minutes of turning it on, the bathroom would flood, with water flowing into the hallway, making it impossible to take a normal shower. We reported the problem to the front desk multiple times, but it wasn't addressed until the fourth day of our stay, when they finally moved him to another room. While having a working television isn't a top priority on vacation, the TV service in our room was very inconsistent. We also reported this to the front desk, but the issue was never resolved. Another recurring problem was housekeeping. We had three rooms for our family, and it was difficult throughout our stay to get clean towels and washcloths replenished. We had to request them multiple times. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, and you can tell it has the potential to be an outstanding destination for families. The staff was friendly, and once all of the amenities are open and the operational issues are resolved, I believe this resort will be a fantastic place to stay. However, at this point 50-60% operational

This place was only a few days old when we arrived and full of problems. The door lock in our room stop working the second day and I spent over 4 hours garding the room until they decided to send us to another room. In the new room we had towels for 2 while we were 3 adults and 1 child in the room. The TV never worked so our child couldn't watch cartoons. Although we complained about the towels and the TV, no body have done anything about it. By the third day the main swimming pool was closed for 2 days because the pump was broken, and when it open again the water was blurry to say the least. Food and drinks are on the poor side. The only good thing, is the people working there, from the girls cleaning the rooms to the guys working in the buffet, they are all sweet 💕. This is a resort with 5 star prices an 2 star service.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my family’s stay at **Serenade Caribe Club Hotel & Resort in Punta Cana** from **July 10, 2026, through July 17, 2026**\. I am requesting compensation because the services and amenities we received were significantly below what was advertised and what we paid for\. Although the hotel building appeared to be new and modern, many essential amenities were either unavailable or did not function properly throughout our stay\. Our guest room experienced repeated failures of the **television, internet, and telephone service**\. Despite reporting these issues several times, they were only temporarily repaired and would stop working again within a short time\. Because the room telephone was inoperable for much of our stay, we were unable to make restaurant reservations, request room service, or contact the front desk for assistance\. As guests who purchased an all\-inclusive vacation, we were unable to enjoy many of the services included in the package\. The dining experience was also disappointing\. Only one or two specialty restaurants were available each evening, leaving the buffet as the primary dining option most nights\. Staff were rude, not helpful very hesitant to assist, front desk staff very rude, not welcoming and don’t try to complain because they all stick together so there are no repercussions, I am very disappointed
