The resort is gorgeous at first glance, but once you’re up close, you realize the furniture is old, the pool is not properly up kept (my mom fell into the pool because the pool grates were not secure) and we saw a roach in the Italian restaurant. In addition, the staff is extremely unfriendly, it almost makes you wonder if they are being treated properly by management. I’ve never had an experience like this in Punta Cana. We stayed at Lopesan Costa Bavaro resort last August and had an amazing time !

It was absolutely beautiful. The property was very clean, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food options were plentiful but bland. I did enjoy the fresh fruit. All in all I give my experience an 8 out of 10!
