Te Moana is a great resort hotel. Our room was spacious with a large balcony and a great view of the pool area and the ocean. Dining options are limited outside of the hotel and the hotel is about 20’ taxi drive to Papeete.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The infinity pool with the swim up bar was very nice & I enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon “pool.” Be sure to watch sunset at the seaside bars I too about 40 pictures, it was so beautiful. The hotel was very nice to accommodate us with a 5pm checkout for $50, after we found out for flight out would be at 2am the following morning. We did not expect to have an overnight in Tahiti, but we lucked onto the Te Moana & enjoyed our stay.

Not a great stay. The rooms felt worn and outdated, and there wasn’t much to do on-site. We tried walking to nearby restaurants and places, but access was quite limited. Hospitality and service were minimal — one night was enough for us to rest, but we wouldn’t come back.

Although our flights were delayed and we didn't get to take in all of the beauty that is this resort, we made the most of the 6 hours we had. The views are unbelievable, the beach and lagoon area amazing, not to mention the bars and dock seating. Will return one day to enjoy this place in it's entirety.

Great pool and beach area. 2 pool bars and great service by the staff. Wonderful place to relax! Also, I love that they have showers for people with late night flights so we could enjoy our last day in Tahiti without worries.

This is our 2nd time at Te Moana - always good fun! It was a hit or miss with our food - lunch was really good - dinner was not. There were 6 of us and 2 of our party (myself included) did not eat much of their meal. That said, everyone misses sometimes, and the rest of our stay was wonderful!

I liked our stay. I will say that the only thing I did not like about Tahiti was the poor treatment and abandoned animals. I wish that your government would do something about this issue. We loved your complimentary breakfast and coffee machine. The activities dept was very good to us.

Pretty much the most beautiful location I’ve ever been to. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The people were kind , friendly and helpful. Food at the resort was good but expensive. Many very good options within walking distance including right across the street. I will return one day.

DISAPPOINTING. 3 days to fix the ac. Entire restaurant was reserved for a private party one night. I had to go off site to eat. At checkout they offered to give me back the tip $ I had given to waitstaff rather than any reduction in the room charges. It's hardly fair to punish the bar staff for poor management choices.
