"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"The hotel has an understated elegance - historical, lovely, but not stuffy or “over the top.” We stayed in a junior suite which was generously sized and had a very comfortable sofa and arm chair. One of the things we enjoyed most was the piano music every evening at 5:30, except for Sundays. Very comfortable lounge seating and the option of food with your drinks. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town with easy access to the river walk and restaurants."

For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things"

"Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed."

"I will stay here again. I will say the mattress in room 302 needs to be changed. I did not get a comfortable nights Sleep while I was there but everything else was excellent."
